If you're unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person free of charge. Please contact us in advance so we can update the attendee information.
Should the event be cancelled by the organiser, all ticket payments will be refunded in full.
Additional travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the attendee unless otherwise stated.
We strongly recommend waiting to book flights, accommodation, or other non-refundable travel arrangements until the organiser has confirmed that the minimum number of participants has been reached and the event will definitively take place.
