The event is primarily aimed at wedding photographers and videographers. However, other service providers in the wedding industry are also welcome to attend the first day of the event, which features panel discussions, networking, and dinner.

Absolutely. Networking is at the heart of The Wedding Connect. Between sessions, during breaks, and at the dinner, you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect with other attendees and speakers.
The panels and most discussions will be in English.
Food and drinks are included. All participants on the first day will enjoy lunch, as well as coffee and non-alcoholic beverages.
Participants who have booked both days will enjoy a relaxed networking dinner to round out the evening. Before the photo shoots on the second day, they can enjoy the hotel’s breakfast buffet.

The dinner is part of the first event day and cannot be booked separately.
Yes. To create a personal atmosphere and encourage meaningful conversations, the number of participants is intentionally limited.

To ensure a relaxed and high-quality shooting experience, each group is limited to 12 participants. This smaller group size gives everyone enough time to photograph, work with the couple, and create their own images without feeling rushed. We carefully structure each session so that every attendee has the opportunity to capture meaningful content and enjoy a comfortable, creative atmosphere.
All camera brands are welcome. Whether you shoot with Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Leica, Panasonic, OM System, or any other camera system, you're more than welcome to join. The focus of the event is on creativity, learning, and connection—not on the equipment you use.
